All participants taking part in our driving adventures must be 18 or over on the first day of the Event and participate at their own risk, any liability for individuals and/or their cars/property rests solely with them. The Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to the Event.

Event Guidelines

Go Monaco Tours are organised social driving holiday adventures and not in any way a race/time trial or competitive. Once you have entered the Event your vehicle and member details are final.

All persons taking part or booked under the lead name must drive safely at all times and must not compete with other road users, showing courtesy to all other drivers and members of the public.

It is the sole responsibility of the participants to ensure that all their documents are in order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Country in which you are travelling, this includes all speed regulations and laws of the road, together with and relating to the safety of your vehicle, and also laws relating to the possession or use of prohibited substances or driving under the influence of alcohol.

Go Monaco Limited accepts no responsibility for the consequences of you being refused passage and/or entry/exit to or from any Country visited on the tour. Please note, any additional costs incurred for any reason are your own responsibility.

If your ability to drive safely and within the law is compromised by illness, lack of sleep or any other condition you must not drive.

Insurance

Please make sure before booking you have appropriate insurance for driving abroad (most insurance policies cover this), together with adequate medical cover.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Please note, the initial deposit and any other balance payments made are non-refundable within eight weeks of the tour start date.

Force Majeure

Should any Event be cancelled for reasons beyond our control, no refunds can be issued. These include: war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, natural disturbances including volcano eruptions, fire, epidemics, pandemics, health risks, changes due to rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline, closed or congested airports or ports, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar event.

The Event organisers reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of the changes and will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions by participating in the Event.

Accommodation

All accommodation will be either a twin or double room, the Event organisers will endeavour to provide the requested room but can not guarantee this. A credit card must be provided for each room when checking in, this will be used should there be any additional charges incurred such as food or drink.

All evening meals/drinks and additional services at the accommodation are not included in the tour price and must be paid for on the morning of checkout.

Should at any time our planned accommodation be cancelled for any reason beyond our control, then we will endeavour to provide an alternative hotel.

Privacy Policy

We do not store your details other than your email address, which we will use only to send you essential Event information and the link to view the Event photos. We do not share your email address with any third parties other than those used for an important part of an Event (your email address has to be provided to Eurotunnel for API submission purposes for example).

Declaration & Indemnity

You will indemnify the Event organisers, its officers, directors, employees and sponsors against any and all claims, lawsuits and causes of action brought against them by any third party as a result of your action or participation in the Event, including without any limitation your violation of any laws or regulations of these Terms and Conditions of entry.

Violation of Terms

Should any participants violate any of our terms set out here or refuse to follow the instructions given prior or during the Event by the Event organisers, you may be prohibited from any or further participation in the Event.

I confirm that:

Go Monaco supercar tour is potentially dangerous and that there are numerous risks associated with my participation. Such risks and dangers include, but are not limited to, traffic accidents, collisions with pedestrians, vehicles, other drivers, and/or fixed or moving objects, and the negligence of other drivers. Further, I fully understand and realise that my participation in any Event may result in serious bodily injury and/or death to myself or others. I further realise and understand that the route of the Events will require driving on public roadways upon which the hazards of travelling are to be expected for long extended periods of time.

Booking

By making a payment and booking your place on the Event, you accept and acknowledge that:

1. You have read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions contained within this Agreement.
2. I agree to comply with all of the Event’s Terms and Conditions of entry. I acknowledge and understand that the Organiser of the Event will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all other participants abide by the Terms and Conditions of entry, but cannot guarantee that the participants will abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Upon booking and being permitted to participate in any Event, I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives, any and all rights and/or claims which I have, may have or may hereafter accrue to me against the Organiser, its officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents and Event sponsors for any and all damages, injuries (including death) and/or claims which may be sustained by me directly or indirectly arising out of my participation in any Event (including the application of emergency or medical services at the Event), even if the damages, injuries (including death) and/or claims are caused by the negligence of those persons listed above or otherwise. Further, I covenant not to sue the Organiser, its officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents and Event sponsors for any and all damages, injuries (including death) and/or claims which may be sustained by me directly or indirectly arising out of my participation in any Event. This release and discharge include, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, death, property damage, economic loss, breach of contract, lost wages, contribution indemnity, indemnity, punitive damages, negligence or any other legally recognisable claim arising out of my participation in any Event (including all legal costs associated with such claims).
4. I hereby agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, its officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, Event sponsors and licensees and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, suits, liabilities or actions arising directly or indirectly out of my actions or otherwise from my participation in the Event, whether made or claimed during or after the Event, including all associated costs and expenses and any amounts which the Organiser may pay as a settlement or compromise of any such claims or liabilities.
5. I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it (physically or electronically via the website). I have done so freely and without inducement, coercion or duress. I intend this waiver to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. I agree that, if any portion of this waiver is held to be invalid, that the balance of the waiver shall continue in full force and effect.
6. By booking the Event I declare that all the information contained on the entry form is correct and I acknowledge that I have read and understood all the Terms and Conditions. By my participation in the Event I agree in full and accept all the Terms and Conditions above (including those of the waiver and indemnity).
